GEOMETRIC SHIPPING POLICY
Due to our artisanal, small batch production, items can be shipped and arrive separately. We ship from our distribution centers in Ghana and the USA.
Orders are eligible for free shipping on orders over $100. Flat rate of $8.99 applied to orders below $100.
Following are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy:
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
DHL Express delivers internationally within 5-7 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.
In the event of a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or text.
SHIPPING RATES:
Shipping charges for your order outside of our free shipping zones will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently participate with DHL express.
We offer free shipping on special promotions. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DUTIES & TAXES:
Geometric is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES:
Geometric is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received the packaging and product damaged due to shipping, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We currently offer free shipping within the USA. DHL express internationally to Canada, United Kingdom, and the European Union can be arranged via email. In Ghana we offer courier delivery.
RETURN POLICY:
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange.
All returns must be postmarked within two weeks (14 days) of the delivery date.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Sale items or items purchased with a discount code are exchange only and cannot be returned.
RETURN PROCESS:
To return an item, please email customer service at hello@buygeometric.com to obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number.
After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail
your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.
Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact customer service to arrange a refund or exchange.
